Harby is an SRHR advocate combining a MSc in Global public health and policy and more than 7 years of professional technical experience in planning, implementation and evaluation of SRHR programmatic and advocacy projects at national, regional and global levels, with experience in using human rights-based, human-centered and participatory approaches for facilitation.
Harby started his career as a Reproductive Health Officer at IPPF's Member Association in Egypt. In 2016, he moved to Tunisia as the Advocacy Advisor at IPPF Arab World Regional Office. In 2019, he moved to Bulgaria with his family to start his consulting work. Since then he worked with RNW Media, WHO and IPPF. He is currently the Lead for IPPF's Global Social Movements Centre based in Morocco that aims at building stronger momentum for SRHR movements across the globe.
