The Torchlight Collective engages with collaborators once we’ve been awarded a project or during a proposal-writing process where there are gaps in our team’s skills, experiences, or expertise. Additionally, if collaborators identify an RFP that could be a good fit for Torchlight and would like to contribute to the work, collaborators are free to reach out and we will work together to draft a proposal should the RFP fit Torchlight’s mandate / team interest and availability. Any RFP should be sent to lindsay@torchlightcollective.org and include the following information:
Subject line: [COLLABORATION] Client / Project name
Budget total (if provided)
Proposal deadline / implementation timeline
Info about your skills / availability, including if you're interested in joining the team
We accept collaborator applications on a rolling basis, and you will be contacted based on your answers / skills if there is an opportunity on which we can collaborate. If you see an RFP that could be a good fit for Torchlight and you're interested in supporting the proposal-writing process, please email lindsay@torchlightcollective.org with the following information:
The application will take you less than an hour to complete, and if you experience any difficulties or have any questions, please email info@torchlightcollective.org.
For more information about the next membership application or any open calls for collaborators, sign up for our newsletter. We’ll email you when our next membership application period is open or when there are opportunities.
