Matt Matassa has over 20 years of experience in designing, impending and measuring community engagement campaigns in the human development sector. Matt is currently an independent consulting with the Torchlight Collective in addition to working with clients such the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, GCI Health, and Spitfire Communications. 

Prior to going independent, Matt led the corporate digital communication department at FHI 360. During his seven year there, Matt led a global digital team while building partnerships dedicated to engaging constituent voices in global development conversations. His experience is a mix of strategy, digital production and project implementation, including design, web development and live video. His career has largely focused within the international development sector with a focus on SRHR, gender equality and community engagement.
