Humphres Evelia is a freelance consultant with over fifteen years’ experience in Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights research, programming, and advocacy in Kenya and the Eastern Africa region. He is well versed in: designing and implementing operations research studies; monitoring and evaluation including output, outcome and impact evaluations; coordinating large networks on SRHR; policy development, formulation and assessments; up-scaling of large multisectoral sexual and reproductive health and HIV programs; supporting utilization of best practices for decision making and for policy; and, documentation. He holds a Master’s degree in Population Studies from the University of Nairobi, Kenya.
